  • We have two car storage premises in East Sussex:

    1. Burnt Barns Farm TN33 near Battle, Bexhill, Hastings and Eastbourne.

    2. Old Brickyard Rural Business Centre TN5 near Wadhurst, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.

  • Yes of course, we’d be delighted for you to come and have a look, but this is strictly by prior appointment only.

    Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

  • Simply get in touch with us to let us know when you’d like to collect/drop off.

    While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice to ensure we are able to accommodate your requirements.

  • We have £1 million of public liability insurance cover.

    We do no not have an insurance policy to cover your vehicle in storage.

    We recommend that you inform your insurance company of your vehicle’s storage at The Car Den and check with them that your vehicle is insured under your own normal ‘road risk’ or ‘laid up’ policy for fire, theft and accidental damage while stored at our premises.

  • We are generally available between 7am and 7pm but we will always try and assist outside of these hours whenever possible. Please just ask and give us as much notice as you can.

  • Our minimum charge is one month at our ‘short term’ storage rate.

  • The rates shown are for a maximum vehicle size of 5.0m x 2.0m.

    If your vehicle exceeds either of these dimensions please ask for a bespoke quote.

  • Storage fees are payable one month in advance, ideally on the first day of the month by standing order unless otherwise agreed.

    ‘Long Term’ storage can also be paid 12 months in advance with a 5% discount.

    One month notice period, no deposit required.

  • We require one month’s notice, following the end of the agreed minimum storage period.

  • There is no VAT element to our prices. The price you see is the price you pay.

  • Yes, when you collect your vehicle in storage, you can leave your other vehicle with us.

  • Yes, we can help arrange transport. Please ask.

  • It could be possible depending on what suitable space we have available at the time, please ask.

    Access for a non runner is limited and unfortunately maintenance or other work on our premises is not permitted.

  • Under normal circumstances vehicle maintenance or repairs on-site are not permitted. An exception to this would be for essential repairs needed to get a vehicle running again in the event of a breakdown while on the premises.
